The preference is to sell all three plots together although offers for one or two plots will be considered. The first two plots in the list above are actually next to one another which means you are permitted to build a larger villa of 450m².

The maximum surface area represents what you are permitted to build within the legal limitations placed by the local Almogía authorities (checked on 8 October 1999). It does not include the construction of driveways or a swimming pool (which, by the way, is quite OK here - it's pretty warm for well around 10 months of the year!).

In addition, the villa / house cannot exceed two levels (i.e. a ground and first floor). Most of the surrounding properties are bugalow-villas with swimming pools and large gardens.
